____Having created literally thousands of wedding cakes for more than 22 years, Jenny's experience comes from many years in bakeries, hotels, ships, and resorts and she creates, bakes, and delivers many excellent and delicious products from the bakery to each of her valued customer's home. Jenny even became the First Place Winner in Fondant Category at the National Competition organized by the Greater South West Retail Bakers Association (GSWRBA) in 2003.
